About
Rev. Days has led the congregation of Second Baptist Church in Atlantic City for 30 years. With 2,000 members from all across South Jersey, Second Baptist has one of the largest congregations in the region. In 2021, Rev. Days was approved by both Republicans and Democrats to serve on the Stockton University Board of Trustees.
He leads or is involved with several local nonprofits that focus on drug addiction and recovery, expanding home ownership for lower income residents, and mentoring at-risk youth. Rev. Days is a past president of the Fellowship of Churches of Atlantic City & Vicinity and served on the Atlantic City Long Term Recovery Group, which helped residents on Absecon Island rebuild after Hurricane Sandy. Rev. Days and his wife live in Atlantic City. They have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
